Boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them with 1 tablespoon of butter and the cottage cheese with spices to taste.
Add part of the flour, eggs, crushed dill and mix everything well. If needed, add a little more flour. With greased hands, shape patties from the mixture. Roll them in flour or breadcrumbs and drop them to fry in preheated oil.
Drain the cooked potato balls with cottage cheese on a cooking grid. Serve them with fresh vegetables.
