Dissolve the baking soda in yoghurt. Add it to the flour, together with the other products and knead a soft dough.
Roll it out, cut it into small rectangles and on one side, place pieces of Turkish delight. Wrap them into rolls and arrange them on a tray with baking paper.
Put to bake in a preheated moderate oven. When ready, roll them in or sprinkle with plenty of powdered sugar.
