How to cook
Cut the chicken into pieces, remove the bones, skin and rub it with lemon and salt. The pieces are soaked for 12 hours in a marinade made up of: onion, garlic, chili pepper, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger and cardamom.
All this is mixed and ground in a blender and then strained. After it has been left to soak in the marinade for 12 hours, the chicken is baked in a preheated oven.
