Brush each phyllo pastry sheet with melted butter and arrange them on top of each other. After you have smeared every sheet, flip them over and grab the one you brushed first. Beat the eggs with the yoghurt and crumbled feta cheese. Distribute some of the filling over each sheet, over its entire surface.
Roll them up and arrange them in a greased tray. Cut the phyllo pastry into squares with a sharp knife. Pour the remaining melted butter and milk over it. Put the phyllo pastry to bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven.
Once baked, remove, sprinkle with some water and cover with a towel. This phyllo pastry ends up incredibly soft and delicious.
