"A rich chicken soup that we make all the time during flu season!"

Ingredients

  • chicken - 1 (with the offal), about 28 oz (800 g)
  • rice - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • eggs - 2
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • black pepper - to taste
  • lemons - 1

How to cook

Clean and wash the chicken and giblets with cold water. Boil them in cold salted water over low heat until ready.

Debone the chicken and cut it into pieces. Chop the giblets as well. Return them to the broth produced from the boiling of the chicken. Add the cleaned and washed rice. Boil until the rice is soft.

Finally, add the parsley and the ground black pepper. Pour in the eggs beaten with lemon juice.
