How to cook
Gently tenderize the chicken steaks and season them evenly with salt and pepper. Arrange them in a greased tray and place finely crushed onions on top.
Put the tray to bake for about 40 minutes at 374°F (190 °C) in tin foil. Shortly before the steaks are done, remove the foil and bake until they get a nice tan. Optionally, serve with a side of steamed and seasoned mushrooms.
