All products for the dough are kneaded to yield a soft dough. Roll and cut it into strips, then smear it with oil and wrap it around a small funnel (can use caps) and bake until golden brown. Allow to cool.
For the cream: put the milk in a saucepan to boil, add sugar to taste and finally the starch. The already cooled cones are filled with the cream and decorated with walnuts on top, to avoid cream leakage. You may also add melted chocolate for decoration!
