- beef - about 2 lb (1 kg) of boneless
- oil - 1/2 cup
- red onions - 4 heads
- tomatoes - 2 tablespoons of puree
- flour - 1 - 2 tbsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 4 - 5 peppercorns
- allspice - 3 - 4 peppercorns
- parsley - 1/2 bunch
- broth - 1 cup veal
Cut the meat into pieces and fry it evenly in the oil, then add the chopped onions. Once softened, add the tomato paste, wait for it to fry and add the flour.
1-2 minutes later, add the paprika and pour the hot broth in. Add salt to taste, cumin and black pepper. Simmer until ready. Serve the veal taskebap with chopped fresh parsley and garnish it with rice and vegetables.
