Grate the onion and tomatoes and put them to fry in oil. Once softened well, add chopped bacon or wursts, and chopped garlic. After a little while, top up with wine, flavor with spices and the broth that you've dissolved in a little water. Clean and slice the potatoes and arrange them into a lightly greased tray.
Pour the sauce over them and put them to toast in a hot oven. Finally, pour the beaten eggs on and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until they get a nice tan.
Serve sprinkled with parsley and a glass of white wine.
