How to cook
In a deep bowl place the cottage cheese, milk and yoghurt, powdered sugar, cream, lemon juice and rum essence. Beat with a mixer until you get a uniform mixture. Peel the bananas, mash and transfer them to the bowl, stir everything.
Melt the chocolate in a small pot with 3-4 tablespoons of milk. Cut a banana into rings for decoration. In a dessert bowl, put some of the uniform mixture, pour melted chocolate around it, cover with banana cream and then, repeat the same procedure for the rest of the mixture.
