Ingredients

  • fish - 17.5 oz (500 g) white fish
  • sour cream - 1 package of 1 cup (250 g)
  • dill - 1/2 bunch
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • lemons - a few slices + lemon juice
  • butter - 2 tbsp

How to cook

Select two large fillets of white fish, salt them, sprinkle them with pepper. Place them in a baking dish and pour in the sour cream, previously mixed with the diced dill.

Add crushed garlic, pepper again, a little salt, nutmeg to taste and spread the butter lumps in. Throw in a few slices of lemon, cover with foil and put it to bake for about half an hour in a moderate oven.
