Ingredients

  • flour - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • water - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • salt - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • baking powder - 1 package

Preparation

Sift the flour with baking powder 2 times. Make a well, pour in salt and cold water gradually until you get dough. Knead it well and make a loaf out of it, thrust a washed coin in.

Put it in a slightly greased pan, to be baked at a high temperature.
