"Planning on taking the subway or bus? Then these spaghetti with meat and garlic sauce are just the thing."

Ingredients

  • meat - 17.5 oz (500 g), your choice of type
  • spaghetti - 1 pack
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 pack
  • sour cream - 1 4/5 cups (450 g)
  • garlic sauce - quantity as desired
  • salt - to taste

How to cook

Cut the meat into small pieces and salt them. In a pan, put enough oil to cover the pieces of meat and heat up. Fry the meat, and since it is not necessary for it to be of a certain type, simply keep an eye on it till it's done.

When it's done, put the spaghetti to boil in a pot of boiling water. In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic sauce. Be sure to taste it because too much mayonnaise is no good. Make it according to taste.

Drain the spaghetti and distribute out into plates. In this case we have 4 servings. Put meat on top of the spaghetti and pour the white sauce over them.
