Leave the chicken drumsticks to soak in the white wine for one hour. Cut the garlic coarsely.
Melt the butter in a dish and add the garlic. Sprinkle with flour and after about a minute, pour the wine in. Once the wine has evaporated, add the rest of the ingredients for the sauce. Boil together for about 3 minutes.
Cook the marinated drumsticks about 20 minutes on each side. Arrange in a platter and pour the sauce over them.
