Clean the potatoes and cut them into halves. Put them to boil until half-cooked in water with a little salt and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Drain the potatoes and cool them, then carve out the insides.
Chop the leeks, garlic and bacon finely and mix them with cottage and crumbled feta cheese. Season the stuffing with spices. Arrange the potatoes in a greased tray. Put a piece of butter in every potato, fill them with the stuffing and smooth out the top.
Top off the tray with 2/5 cup (100 ml) of hot water. Put on some more butter on every potato and sprinkle with a little paprika. Put the potatoes to bake up to a nice tan in a moderate oven.
