How to cook
The chicken fillet is cut into bite-sized pieces and fried in hot oil. The mushrooms and onions are chopped and added to the meat. Fry for 3-4 minutes until golden.
Add the peas, corn and red peppers that have been cut into slices. Shortly before the dish becomes ready, add the grated cheese.
The cream is added once the cheese softens. Mix well and leave for a few minutes. Stir the dish well with spices. Optionally, you can use ready-made frozen vegetable mix.
