How to cook
Pour the chickpeas in a saucepan, cover them with water, in which you have dissolved 1 tsp of baking soda. Allow to sit overnight.
The next day, pour out the water and wash chickpeas thoroughly several times in different water. Put them on the stove, pour enough water to cover them and let boil an hour until it becomes like a porridge.
Then add the white tahini, 1 cup water, the ground garlic and lemon juice to the mixture.
Mix with a mixer, add salt to taste. Enjoy!
