How to cook
Cut the meat into chunks and let them to fry in half the oil. Once they change color, add the chopped onions. When the onions become tender, add the paprika, salt, diluted tomato paste and hot broth, or hot water. Clean the spinach, chop and put it to stew until the liquid evaporates and only oil remains.
Stir and 10 minutes later, add the butter. Remove from the heat and serve the pork with spinach, garnished with yoghurt and boiled rice.
