How to cook
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into pieces, if necessary, and slice the onions into small crescents. Heat the olive oil in a pan and put the onions in.
Fry them and add the mushrooms, pour the soya sauce in and sauté until the mushrooms soften. Optionally, add mushroom broth dissolved in 1/2 cup of water. Finally, add the black pepper and dill.
