Ingredients

  • curd - 17.5 oz (500 g), can use cream cheese
  • milk - 1 cup
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • peppers - 1 pickled, red

How to cook

Beat the curd or cream cheese with the milk, and while mixing continuously, add the oil, paprika, chopped onion and diced garlic. You can add the very finely chopped pickled red pepper if you like.

The products can be blended in a blender, and finally - pour in enough milk to allow the formation of a mixture with the density of caviar.
