Preparation

Cut the cabbage into thin strips and treat it gently with salt. To this add the parsley and spinach, also cleaned, washed and julienned.

Dice the eggs and feta cheese and add them to the vegetables. Mix, and spice them with salt, olive oil and vinegar to taste.
