Ingredients

Preparation

Wash the tomatoes, remove the seeds and chop them very finely. Mash the cottage cheese extremely well and grate the onion using a coarse grater.

Mix together all of these ingredients, add salt and black pepper to taste, all of the oil, and stir until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
