How to cook
Whip the cream with the yoghurt and sugar.
When a homogeneous mixture is obtained, 1/3 of it is placed on the bottom of a suitable tray.
Pour over them the second third of the cream, arrange more biscotti on top and pour the rest of the mixture for an easy biscotti cake.
The biscotti cake is placed in the refrigerator, where it must sit for at least 12 hours.
