Healthy Banana Biscuits
Mash the bananas with a fork. Add the oatmeal by eye - as much as, when you turn the spoon, they do not fall.
Add the cocoa and stir. I also added a little coconut oil /melted/.
Place baking paper on a tray and pour 1 spoon of the mixture onto it.
Sprinkle with pre-crushed almonds and press them down with a spoon so they stick.
Bake the oatmeal cookies at 392°F (200 degrees) for 25 minutes.
Leave the healthy banana biscuits to cool, then serve.
This recipe is for about 8-9 biscuits.
