For these banana pancakes, add all the products into a deep bowl.

Heat a non-stick frying pan.
Add a few drops of fat and pour half a ladle of pancake batter.
Reduce to medium heat and bake on both sides until they're golden brown.
Remove them from the pan and spread some butter on one side of the american pancakes.
