Ingredients

  • potatoes - 5 - 6 pcs.
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • peppers - 2 (green)
  • peppers - 2 (red)
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g) (white/feta)
  • grana padano (cheese) - 1 oz (30 g)

How to cook

Cut the potatoes into slices. Mix them with a little oil, spices to your taste and Grana Padano cheese.

At the bottom of a greased round pan, arrange the potato slices upright. This will be our base for the omelette.

Cut the peppers into small pieces and mix them with the crumbled cheese.

Add the eggs and stir. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and bake for about 20-25 minutes.

Serve them in triangles like pieces of pie.

The baked potato omelette is ready.
