How to cook
1. All vegetables for this fresh vitamin salad are cleaned and washed. The broccoli need to be finely chopped, the zucchini is also cut into small pieces together with the onion and the radish.
2. Peel the grapes and remove the seeds with a stick to preserve them whole. If they are too big, they can be cut in two or four pieces.
