How to cook
Cut the cheese into squares.
Wash the grapes. Arrange the rusks in a serving dish.
Place a cube of blue cheese on each piece and a grape on top of the cheese.
Stick a toothpick through to form the bites.
If you wish, you can sprinkle walnuts and serve the bites with grapes and blue cheese.
*You can leave the walnuts whole or grind them and sprinkle the plate with them. It's a matter of taste.
