How to cook
Chop the peppers into small pieces. Heat the oil and fry them in it for about 5 minutes.
Separately beat the eggs with a fork, add the crumbled cheese, finely chopped parsley, paprika and milk, if necessary, salt it by taste.
In a baking pan, place the fried peppers and distribute evenly. Pour the egg mixture over them and mix gently with a fork.
Place the baking pan in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake until the eggs thicken, then you can serve the finished casserole warm.
