How to cook
Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set them aside.
Make the mushroom sauce by peeling, washing and chopping the onion.
Fry it in a small saucepan. Peel the mushrooms and cut into crescents. Add them to the onion.
Fry for 8 minutes and add the wine.
Wait for the alcohol to evaporate and add the heavy cream. Add the spices, reduce the heat and cook the cream sauce with mushrooms for 20 minutes.
Put some spaghetti in a suitable plate and pour some of the sauce over them.
Serve the white sauce and mushroom spaghetti immediately while it's still warm.
