How to cook

First, marinate the salmon with garlic and rosemary and leave it for half an hour.

Then in the heated olive oil and butter fat, add the chili pepper, chopped garlic, to add flavor to the the fat, and mix the fish and the shrimp together.

Cook the salmon on both sides on high heat for two or three minutes, then pour 2 tbsp. of white wine and reduce the heat.

Cut some fresh basil leaves and sprinkle the salmon while letting it stew.

Add as much as you like to you place. Stew the salmon and shrimp in a pan until ready.
