Ingredients

  • eggs - 1 pc. (whole egg)
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
  • peas - 4 tbsp. (frozen)
  • red peppers - 1 (small)
  • rice - 7 oz (200 g), cooked
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp. (powdered)
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • ginger - 2 cm root
  • onion - 1 pc. (whole)

How to cook

Finely chop the onion, garlic and pepper, peel the ginger and finely grate it.

Fry onions, garlic, peppers and ginger on high heat for 2 minutes in oil.

Add the egg and stir for 20 seconds. Add the rice and peas and fry for 4 minutes.

Add the soy sauce and black pepper and serve immediately.
