How to cook
Pour the yogurt into a bowl and add the spices, onion and garlic. Stir well.
Dice the chicken fillet and pour it into the milk with spices. Leave the meat to marinate for half an hour in the refrigerator.
During this time, wash the rice, add 3 cups of water and boil it until the water evaporates. You can also add some curry to it.
Heat the fat in a deep frying pan and add the diced chicken with the marinade. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Then simmer with the lid on until the chicken is fully cooked.
You can now serve the cooked curry and rice with homemade flat bread.
