How to cook
Wash the asparagus and cut off the bottom bit.
Cut them into medium pieces.
Melt the butter in a pan.
Put the asparagus in the pan.
Peel the garlic and cut it into slices. Add them in the pan as well.
Fry well until golden brown and remove the fried asparagus.
Sprinkle the fried asparagus in salty butter and serve while warm.
