How to cook
Prepare a non-stick suitable pan.
Put very little oil in the pan, and when heated, add the 6 previously beaten eggs.
Slightly reduce the heat, stir a little, add 2/3 of a cup of milk.
When the whole mixture is slightly cooked, add the chopped fresh spring onions.
Season the scrambled eggs with salt and pepper and stir again. The mixture must not have a firm consistency before being removed from the heat. Wonderful breakfast.
