How to cook
In а bowl add the spoons of mayonnaise, mustard, pressed garlic cloves, 1/4 of the lemon juice, salt and freshly ground black pepper. The products are blended into several times until creamy.
Very slowly begin to pour the olive oil, and while pouring the mixture it needs to be whipped at the same time. Finally, add grated Parmesan cheese and blend it again. Take it out and see how it tastes, if necessary add a little more salt, but very carefully, because the Parmesan is salty enough and can you can add a little more lemon juice. The sauce is now ready.
The green salad, you can also use brown lettuce, needs to be torn into pieces. Place it in a bowl.
Cut the avocado into small cubes.
Peel the tomatoes, remove the tomato seeds and whole inside bit and cut the rest into small pieces. The pepper is cut into small pieces. The red onions are cut into thin slices.
You can add grated Feta cheese (optional), but I most definitely chose not to use it, it's not necessary, but that's my point of view.
All the products are added to the green/brown lettuce salad and mixed. Pour the Caesar sauce on top, the amount is optional, and sprinkle Parmesan flakes.
The original Caesar sauce recipe, and almost always, needs to be made with anchovies, which I absolutely despise, definitely do not like, because of the strong smell it carries, although it is believed that it smells a bit like chocolate. This version of the Caesar dressing is perfect, well flavored, spicy, extremely suitable not only for Caesar salad, but also for other types of salads.
From all the mayonnaise on the market, I use the one I mentioned, because it is original and has a perfect taste of real mayonnaise, but obviously other types can be used, it is completely optional.
