How to cook
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut them into cubes.
Put them on a baking tray. Season with salt and vegetable seasoning.
Pour about 1 cup of water. Sprinkle with olive oil.
Bake in the oven for about 40-50 minutes at no more than 392°F (200 degrees). Make sure to stir 2-3 times during the baking process.
When the potatoes soften and are a golden-brown color, they are ready.
Garlic and dill stewed potatoes in the oven are an ideal side dish for meat.
