How to cook
Cut the chicken into smaller portions and boil it. Mine in this case is homemade and for this dish I chose more meat with bone.
Remove the foam that has formed before it has boiled, season with a little salt. Once it is half-cooked, turn off the stove and remove the meat.
Add the vegetables, meat and 3 cups of the broth in which the meat is being cooked.
Put bits of butter and paprika on the meat. Season the chicken and rice with spices and bake until done.
