How to cook
Wash and dry the hot peppers. Arrange them into a tray.
Turn the oven on to 392°F (200 degrees) and bake for 20-30 minutes. Take them out and cut them into two to three pieces if they are very long.
In a bowl, mix the vinegar, salt, sugar and olive oil.
Peel the garlic and press it. Add it as well.
Mix well and pour the mixture over the peppers. Sprinkle with fresh dill on top.
*Can be consumed immediately or it can also be stored in the refrigerator.
The longer they're left for, the tastier they become!
