How to cook
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, soft butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then mix it with a fork until smooth.
Spread a sheet of transparent foil on the work surface. Dip each biscuit in milk and arrange 3 biscuits in 3 rows on the foil.
Pour the prepared milk cream on top and flatten.
Put the peeled banana in the middle, and if desired, replace it with other fruits to your liking.
Carefully lift the edges of the two outer rows of biscuits towards the middle, using the foil. Press so as to obtain a pyramid or triangle of regular shape. Wrap the well-shaped biscuit roll-triangle in foil and store in the refrigerator.
Leave for a few hours for the cream to set and the biscuits to absorb and soften.
To finish your biscuit roll with bananas and cream cheese, sprinkle with shredded coconut flakes.
