How to cook

Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the sliced ​​chicken. Add the peeled and sliced ​​potatoes and the finely chopped onions.

Stir for 3-4 minutes and put the red pepper. Then pour warm water to cover the products and leave to cook over medium heat.

When the meat and vegetables are ready, remove the meat and debone it if it is from the legs and pull it into pieces. Return to the pan and add the tomato juice with the bay leaf and salt to taste.

Allow the stew to cook for another 2-3 minutes. If it is thinner, it can be thickened with 1 tablespoon of flour. Serve the finished stew warm, with chopped parsley on top.
