How to cook
Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the sliced chicken. Add the peeled and sliced potatoes and the finely chopped onions.
Stir for 3-4 minutes and put the red pepper. Then pour warm water to cover the products and leave to cook over medium heat.
Allow the stew to cook for another 2-3 minutes. If it is thinner, it can be thickened with 1 tablespoon of flour. Serve the finished stew warm, with chopped parsley on top.
