How to cook
Beat the egg yolks with the oil and in a separate bowl the egg whites with the sugar. Then mix.
Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla and mix carefully until smooth.
Add the strawberry jam to the mixture. Pour the mixture into an greased baking mould and bake the cake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180 degrees) until ready.
After it cools, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
