Ingredients

  • chia - 1 tbsp. (seeds)
  • vegetable milk - 1 cup.
  • honey - 1 tsp.
  • peanut butter - 2 tbsp.
  • banana - 1/2 of a banana.

How to make

The chia seeds are soaked in 5 tbsp. hot water for about half an hour.

When ready, all the products are mixed and can be stirred beforehand so the peanut butter dissolves a little.

Then blend and the shake is ready.

This banana and peanut butter shake is very nutritious.
