  • yeast - 1 pack
  • water - according to the amount you want
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • flour - as you need
  • feta cheese - 17.5 oz (500 g) (or other stuffing of your choice)


Dissolve the yeast in a bowl of lukewarm water, add salt, sugar, flour and knead until you get a smooth dough. Then tear small balls of dough and make buns.

Add the feta cheese and shape the bun into a ball. Place them in a greased pan together. Leave them to rise for about 30-40 minutes in a warm area.

Brush the top with melted butter and bake them in a moderate oven until golden. Bon appetit!
