How to cook
Clean the fish and make slight incisions on top and from below. Season it to taste with a little salt and pepper. Put it in a piece of foil and squeeze the lemon on it.
In a skillet, sauté the chopped onions and carrot. Season them to taste with spices, add the finely diced parsley. Sprinkle this mixture on the fish in the foil.
Close the foil and put it in a lightly greased pan to bake for about half an hour.
