Cut the beef into thin slices and fry it in butter. Add the livers, seasoned with paprika, then add garlic and finely chopped chili pepper. Add salt to taste.
In a separate dish, sauté the finely chopped peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and paprika. Add the beef tenderloin to the sautéed vegetables. This traditional Hungarian dish is served with Galushko bread.
