Bake until the layers pink in a moderate oven. Once the layers have been baked and cooled off, prepare the cream according to the directions on the starch packet.
Put the first layer into a cake plate, glaze it with compote or sugar syrup, cover it with cream and arrange the fruits. Put the second layer, glaze it as well, cover it with cream and fruits. Cover the third layer with beaten cream.
Decorate the cake with fruits or cream roses. Enjoy!
