How to cook
Beat the eggs with the sugar well to whitening. Add the sifted flour and baking soda, mix well, then add the cleaned, finely sliced if needed and properly dried fruits. Stir the mixture gently and pour it into a lightly greased and floured baking form.
Put to bake in a moderately heated oven at about 360°F (180 °C) until ready. Check if it's ready with a toothpick (it needs to come out dry). Sprinkle the baked nonfat fruit cake with cinnamon or vanilla sugar.
