How to cook
Wash the rice, drain it and put it to boil in water with a 1:2 ratio. Cook until the rice absorbs all of the water. Separately, blanch the frozen vegetables for 5-10 minutes in boiling water. The beaten eggs are fried into an omelette and salt is added to taste. In the heated oil, add the vegetables, rice, soya sauce and curry.
Fry everything on high heat while stirring for about 5 minutes. Season with monosodium glutamate and the omelette that has been cut into strips. After a further 2 minutes of stirring, take the fried rice with vegetables and serve it, while first adding a little salt to taste.
