How to cook
The onion needs to be peeled and cut into large pieces.
In a saucepan, fry in oil the beef on both sides. Add the chopped chunks of onion and stir. Leave the onion to soften for 1-2 minutes.
Mix the flour with a little water and add it to the beef and onion stew.
Sprinkle the cooked stew with finely chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal!
